We highly value our customers’ shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of AMPZIFY batteries or e-bike accessories, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Return and Exchange Conditions

  • All returns must be authorized by us in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
  • Batteries must not have been installed, charged, or modified. Returns with damaged connectors or exposed wiring will not be accepted.
  • Customers must provide tracking information for the return shipment. Returns without tracking information will not be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the customer.
  • Custom-configured products (e.g., specially configured batteries), unless they are defective upon arrival.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For product issues (e.g., defective or incorrect items), we will provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping costs.
  • For customer reasons (e.g., ordering the wrong item, no longer needing the product), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If you do not see the refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.
  • Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

  • If your order has not yet shipped, you can contact us to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
  • Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
